Temperature and humidity distribution tests

• heaters
• incubators
• climate chambers
• refrigerated cabinets
• dryers
• cookers

The inspection may include, depending on the requirements, one to nine temperature points per plot and three humidity points. The measurement takes place at the same time for one surface (shelf) according to the recommendations of the widely used German DIN 12880 standards. This enables the temperature (humidity) distribution to be accurately determined and a map of the distribution of these quantities to be made for the unit in operation.

Long-term studies

We also perform long-term temperature and humidity mapping for warehouses and rooms. We have 150 temperature and humidity loggers at our disposal, so we can survey large spaces at the same time.

Measuring system

For checking, we use a highly accurate measuring system with a Calibration Certificate and equipped with Class A sensors and computer software.

We perform the tests in the following options:

• long-term stability tests
• standard check tests
• performance tests (times to set parameters, recovery times to set parameters)
• other according to arrangements and possibilities

The checks conclude with the issue of certificate of calibration, mapping report or check report for a given device, with the results given in the form of values or, if desired, graphs, specifying the assumed accuracies and deviations.
