Validation of laboratory equipment

We offer you the validation of laboratory measuring equipment (measuring such quantities as temperature, humidity, pressure, flow velocity, rotation, electrical parameters and measurement of Vis irradiance and UVA radiation power). Our procedures for each qualification stage are based on the latest updates of relevant standards, regulations and recommendations. They are also consulted with the client, giving the possibility to make changes and introduce internal regulations of the plant in question.

We operate in accordance with standards and procedures: GMP, GLP, SO 17025, EA-4/10, HACCP, ICH, Minister of Health regulations and internal regulations, and based on a highly accurate measurement system

As part of the validation process, the Service and Measurement Laboratory of Merazet S.A. performs all its individual steps:

1. design qualification (DQ) - documented verification that the proposed design of plant, systems and equipment is fit for purpose
2. kwalifikacja instalacyjna (IQ) – udokumentowana weryfikacja stwierdzająca, że instalacje, systemy i urządzenia, zainstalowane lub zmodyfikowane, są zgodne z zatwierdzonym projektem i zaleceniami producenta
3. kwalifikacja operacyjna (OQ) – udokumentowana weryfikacja stwierdzająca, że instalacje, systemy i urządzenia, zainstalowane lub zmodyfikowane, funkcjonują w przewidywanych zakresach operacyjnych, zgodnie z wymaganiami
4. kwalifikacja procesowa (PQ) – udokumentowana weryfikacja stwierdzająca, że instalacje, systemy i urządzenia, jako całość działają skutecznie i w sposób powtarzalny w odniesieniu do zatwierdzonego procesu i specyfikacji produktu[i]
